| The equipment is specially designed for grinding the bottom-mount surface of both discrete and one-piece toilets and the rear-mount surface of urine bowls. The grinding wheel of the machine is able to offer two feeding options for users: hand wheel screw feeding and pneumatic cylinder feeding. The worktable is driven by oil press motor via chain belt so that its movement is adjustable both in speed and route. The oil press workstation is a discrete unit linked to the motor via oil duct. Workpieces with a maximum size of 1000mm(length)x500mm(width) are clamped by way of air pressure.. In order to maintain a healthy environment, the system is specially equipped with exhaust fan ducts and an attached dust colleting bin. Dust generated during grinding is colleted by negative pressure vacuuming and disposed by a recycling hydraulic mist spraying system (optional), meeting our national standards for environmental protection.
