With years of experience, we manufacture the complete equipment for producing ceramic sanitarywares, covering all the facilities needed in the whole process from casting, drying, cleaning to spraying. The micropressure casting benches for discreted and one-piece toilet,water tank with cover,basin and pedestal are available with RF series of hot air drying system designed for

different sites and equipment for post-casting process such as dedusting booth for removing dust,cleaning booth for surface cleansing before spraying and spraying booth for surface spraying.We can also provide planning and designing service for our customers.
To put all these equipment to work, all you need to do is to connect the supply of power, air and sludge.
  The benches include sludge tank, sludge feeding system, rail assembly, mould casting truck, mould unloading trunk, pressing devices, electric and pneumatic controllers.
The pneumatic system includes depressurizing micro regulator, safety valve and pressure gage, adjusting the air pressure to the requirements of the process. The standard length of benches is 21 meter. We can also provide tailor-made length to meet the specific needs of customers and sites.

The 21-meter-long (standard) manufacturing line is designed to save space and enhance productivity by employing low pressure drainage to facilitate plaster mold casting 24 hours a day.
