Partial transshaping may occur after the baking process to the mounting surfaces of ceramic sanitaryware, such as basins and toilets, making it impossible to meet consumers' requirements for quality products. To solve this problem and to upgrade product quality so as to improve the competitive edge of the products and enhance the economic efficiency of the manufacturers, we have designed and manufactured the XMJ Series of sanitaryware grinding machines specially for grinding various mounting surfaces, such as various mounting surfaces of basins of various shapes, the bottom of toilets, and the bottom of the supporting stand for basins. The motor of the grinding machine's grinding wheel is uniquely designed to accommodate the hardness and fragility of the materials to be ground, and the grinding wheel itself is made of diamond with a special formula. In order to maintain a healthy working environment, the XMJ series employ recycling mist spraying dedusting or the combination of negative pressure vacuuming and recycling mist spraying dedusting to collect dust during grinding.
