Diesel of gas is used as energy, and the programmable controller is used to control the interior temperature humidity and air flow so as to dry the materials efficiently, to control the interior temperature and humidity strictly.
The system is characteristic of the following:

1. Temperature and humidity in the chamber are changed according as programmed curve. Operators can set the curve and operate the system easily without special training.
2. Several air circulators give an intermittent air blast to prevent the materials surface from being over-dried and to ensure more balanced temperature and humidity in the

chamber. The ventilation speed is adjustable during the early and late periods of the drying process.
3. The advanced controlling system ensures the automatic ignition, heating, humidifying and dehumidifying. The burner can be automatically turned off and give out alarm if there is a problem. The automatic operation system is trustable and safe.
4. The wall and ceiling of the chamber is made of insulating material. Heat lossis extremely low. (λ=0.0175 kilocalorie/meter·hour·degree)
