Fueled by diesel or gas, RF series of hot air drying system with thermostat and humidostat generates hot air to raise the temperature all over workshop. The product maintains the thermostatic and humidostatic condition in the moulding workshop of ceramic sanitarywares and other ceramic products, for the purpose of drying ceramic and plaster moulds. Temperature, humidity and air flow, are optimized to shorten the drying cycle, enhance the quality product rate, reduce the wastage of plaster moulds and increase output. This series is a critical equipment for manufacturing high class sanitarywares.
RF series has passed technical verification, meeting all the technical standards of foreign products of the same category. A niche product in domestic market, the series is priced at a lower level than those imported.

  a. Workshop temperature regulator can be adjusted. Air fans and air ducts feed the hot air to all over the workshop, balancing the temperature in every corner.
When the temperature in the workshop reaches the preset degree, the burner stops burning and the air-recuperation device circulates automatically, maintaining the hot air flow in the workshop.

  b. With dehumidifying function, the system can exhaust the highly humid air to outdoor when the interior humidity exceeds the preset level. The humidostat device will be activated when the interior humidity drops below the preset level.
4. With overheating protection function, the burner will automatically stop running to ensure the safety of the system in case the temperature regulator breaks down.
5. The blades of air fan are imported, the noise level of which can meet the country's environmental standards.
6. The system can be programmed to activate and inactivate, which is easy to operate and needs no operators with special training.
7. Because of its slim size, the system can be installed high above the floor of any general workshops, so that it will not take up any working space. Non-pressure vessels which can be installed in all kinds of surrounding.
